The composition is also quite dynamic. The angle of the character's head and the intensity of his expression create a feeling of tension which greatly enhances this piece. There's also a sense of intrigue here ... the look in his eyes is uneasy, and it makes me wonder what he's looking at (or perhaps what he's looking away from).
Once again, great work on this one. Your technique is excellent, and you really have a sense for unusal and striking combinations of colour.
